Some of us have been fortunate enough to enjoy a little ‘elbow room’ this week - as our lives have been hectic and November was jam-packed! Although things likely remain busy, there is some breathing space - at least for now. Let’s enjoy this time to rest, tend to our self care, and to catch up on chores and duties while we have it. Underneath a lot of what we have going on is a deep and sacred connection that might be classed as spiritual in its origin.
