This week has been mentally and energetically quite tough. A lot of us have been battling with our own personal inner demons that are: anchored in the past, stirring up in the shadows of our present, or locked in doubts about our future.
If not in check, and quickly, this negativity has been suddenly and surprisingly taking over - even for those of us who don’t typically ‘self loath’.
